booking information
We want your booking with us to be as hassle-free as possible. Here you will find all the important information you need to plan and book your stay in our apartments without any problems.
Down payment
For a binding booking we require a deposit of 20% of the total amount. You can transfer the remaining amount of the holiday in advance or pay on site, whichever you prefer.
Deposit
A deposit of € 150.00 in CASH is required upon arrival or check-in. This will be refunded in full upon departure, provided the apartment is left undamaged and clean upon check-out.
Payment
Cash, Paypal and bank transfer possible one week before arrival.
Taxes
The tourist tax of € 4 per person/day will be charged separately.
Until 01.11.2025: € 4.00 | from 01.11.2025: € 5.00 per person/night.
Check-In / Check-Out
You can check in to our house from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate the apartment by 9 a.m. at the latest.
Arrival/departure
In case of late arrival or early departure, the customer will be charged 100% of the total booked stay. Exceptions are made in cases of illness, injury and accident with a medical certificate or other natural damage.
Cancellation conditions
- 90 to 31 days before arrival 40% of the total price
- 30 to 8 days before arrival 70% of the total price
- 7 days to 24 hours before arrival 90% of the total price
Our cancellation policy is based on the general terms and conditions for Hotellerie AGBH/own conditions.
